In 2003 Jim started his career as an Executive Chef at a quaint little restaurant in Waterdown Ontario, Dody’s Oyster Bar and Grill.
It was there that Jim curated unique and desirable menus filling the restaurant to capacity night after night. Fresh ingredients, pastas and creative ideas are the pillars of his creations.
His focus shifted to providing the GTA and surroundings a more intimate experience at private functions and thus The Complete Gourmet Catering Inc. was born.
TCGC quickly established a name for themselves being featured in local papers, television shows and a full calendar of bookings of customizing catering. Everything from small dinner parties, backyard BBQ’s, seafood and oyster bars, food stations and many beautiful weddings.
For the last 8 years Chef Jim has had his “home base” kitchen at golf courses in Ontario where he has continued to provide our guests with quality, trustworthy service and delicious food.
The Complete Gourmet recognizes that all events are "made to order" and strives to provide you with a unique, satisfying culinary experience for every palate.
